How do I know if I actually need a Care Coordinator?

You don’t have to wait until everything feels overwhelming to ask for help.

You may benefit from a care coordinator if you’re caring for an aging or ill loved one and find yourself wondering, “What do we do next?”

Maybe you’re juggling appointments, phone calls, paperwork, family decisions, safety concerns, or trying to figure out what resources are even available. Maybe you live far away, work full-time, or simply don’t have enough hours in the day to keep up with everything.

That’s where I come in.

I help families sort through the chaos, understand their options, connect with helpful resources, organize the pieces, and create a clearer path forward.

Sometimes you don’t even know exactly what kind of help you need—and that’s okay. You don’t have to have the answers before you reach out. We can figure out the next step together.

Can you help even if my loved one doesn't have dementia?

Absolutely. While I have extensive experience supporting individuals and families affected by dementia, my services are not limited to dementia care.

I can help families navigating aging, chronic or serious illness, hospital or rehabilitation transitions, changes in independence, safety concerns, caregiver stress, long-distance caregiving, or simply trying to figure out what support and resources are available.

Sometimes there isn’t a diagnosis at all—just a family realizing that things are getting harder and they could use some guidance.

You don’t need a certain diagnosis to deserve support. If caring for someone you love is becoming overwhelming or you’re unsure what comes next, I’m here to help you find your way forward.

Can you help make calls and help coordinate things while I'm at work?

Yes! I understand that caregiving responsibilities don’t always fit neatly into your workday.

With your permission, I can help make phone calls, gather information, connect with community resources, coordinate appointments and services, follow up on questions, and help keep all those moving pieces organized.

Instead of spending your lunch break making five different phone calls or worrying about what you’re forgetting, you can have someone helping you work through that list.

You don’t have to choose between keeping up with your job and being there for someone you love. Sometimes you just need another set of hands helping behind the scenes.

Do I have to buy a package, or can I just get help with one thing?

Absolutely not. You don’t have to purchase a package to get my help.

Every family’s situation is different, and sometimes you don’t need a big plan—you just need help with one thing.

Maybe you need someone to make a few phone calls, help find the right resources, organize paperwork, work through a safety concern, or simply sit down with you and figure out your next step.

That’s why I offer flexible, build-your-own support. You can get help with what you need, when you need it, without paying for services you don’t.

Caregiving is complicated enough. Getting help shouldn’t be.

Can I call you even if I'm not sure what kind of help I need?

Absolutely. In fact, that’s often the best place to start.

You don’t need to know exactly what service you need or have everything figured out before you call me. You can simply tell me what’s going on, what you’re worried about, and where you’re feeling stuck.

Sometimes families know they need help—they just don’t know what that help should look like yet. We can talk through what’s happening, sort out what needs attention first, and figure out the next step together.

And if I’m not the right person for what you need, I’ll do my best to help point you toward someone who is.

You don’t need all the answers before you reach out. That’s what I’m here for.

Is this the same as home health or caregiving agency?

No. Christina’s Compassionate Care is a non-medical care coordination and family support service.

I don’t replace home health, personal care workers, nurses, or other hands-on caregiving services. Instead, I help families navigate everything that can come along with caring for someone they love.

That may include helping you understand your options, finding community resources, making phone calls, organizing information, coordinating services, preparing for care transitions, addressing safety concerns, and helping your family determine what questions to ask and where to turn next.

I can also work alongside the agencies, healthcare providers, and community resources already involved in your loved one’s care—helping you keep the pieces organized and communication moving.

Think of me as someone in your corner, helping you navigate the care journey—not another caregiving agency.

What made you start this bussiness and why are you so passionate about it?

Christina’s Compassionate Care grew from both my professional experience and my own family’s caregiving journey.

After years of working in long-term care, I thought I understood how to navigate the system. But when my own family needed help, I experienced firsthand just how overwhelming it can be. Suddenly, I wasn’t just the caregiver who knew the resources—I was the daughter trying to make the right decisions for someone I loved.

I saw how many phone calls there are to make, how difficult it can be to know where to turn, and how quickly families can become exhausted trying to hold everything together.

That experience changed the way I looked at caregiving. I realized families need more than information—they need someone who will listen, help connect the dots, and walk beside them through the uncertainty.

That’s why I started Christina’s Compassionate Care. I want families to have the kind of support I know firsthand can make all the difference: someone in their corner, helping bring clarity to the chaos of care.

Is there a cost to reach out and talk to you?

No. There is never a charge just to reach out and tell me a little about what you or your family is going through.

Sometimes you know exactly what kind of help you need, and sometimes you just know you're overwhelmed and don't know where to start. Either way, you're welcome to call, text, or message me. I'll listen, answer what I can, and help you determine whether my services might be a good fit.

There is no pressure and no obligation to purchase a service or package. You're welcome to reach out anytime, and I'll respond as soon as I'm able during my available hours.
